Delivery & Self Collection Policy

We make shopping at HerbsGrocer easy and convenient for you!
We provide shipping in Malaysia (West & East) . There are two (2) types of delivery mode for you to select from

- Home Delivery
- Self Pick-Up

DELIVERY

1. HerbsGrocer shall use reasonable steps to deliver the Ordered Products to the delivery address specified and keyed
in by the Customer but HerbsGrocer cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and HerbsGrocer shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of HerbsGrocer.

2. Below is the HerbsGrocer procedure on the delivery lead time.

3. Estimated delivery time will be 1-3days for same region, different region might spend up to 3-7 working days. For example:

Order was paid on 1st January.
You can expect to receive the order within the 7 days after your payment has been confirmed.
After buyer make purchase at HerbsGrocer, normal the delivery lead time 5-7 days from/to all region after we drop off to logistic counter/ pick up from courier service.

West Malaysia
Your parcel will be delivered using HerbsGrocer appointed delivery courier company.
Once payment for order is made, you are not allowed to make any changes on the delivery address. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays. Home delivery orders will be delivered in 2-5 working days for orders within West Malaysia.

East Malaysia
Your parcel will be delivered using HerbsGrocer appointed delivery courier company.
Once payment for order is made, you are not allowed to make any changes on the delivery address. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays. Home delivery orders will be delivered in 7-14 working days for orders within East Malaysia.

4. Upon delivery of the Product, you are required to sign for acknowledgment of such delivery. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for the acknowledgment.

5. All goods must be received by an adult aged eighteen (18) years and above (“Recipient”). Should the driver doubts the age of the Recipient, he request such person to show an identity card to prove the Recipient’s age, failing which HerbsGrocer reserves the rights not to hand over or deliver the goods.

6. In the event the Customer is not personally available to collect at the selected store, an authorized representative may collect on behalf provided the Customer had indicated or emailed to us to update the representative’s information and the representative must be over eighteen (18) years of age with possession of an official ID (eg. NRIC/Passport). You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity as per the email on collection of Products and you or your representative shall acknowledge receipt of the collection of the Products. HerbsGrocer reserves the right to withhold the products to you if we have any doubts whatsoeveras to your credit worthiness or insufficient identification.

7. Reminder via phone call and/or email shall be sent to the customer within fourteen (14) days from the day the Confirmation of Order has been sent. In the event if the order is not collected within thirty (30) days from the day
the Confirmation of Order has been sent, a monthly penalty fee (i.e. storage fee which may vary depending on the type of item or quantity of orders) will be imposed. No Refund will be granted under such event.
