Yuanbei is rich in protein, carbohydrates, riboflavin, calcium, phosphorus, iron and many other nutrients. The protein content is as high as 61.8%, which is 3 times that of chicken, beef and fresh prawns. The mineral content is far above bird's nest and shark's fin. The scallops are rich in sodium glutamate and taste very fresh. Compared with fresh scallops, they have a lot less fishy smell.
